This challenge runs daily for 5 consecutive days.

Each day you will be granted access to the daily challenge which includes a video and a task to complete. Each video will be no longer than 15 minutes. The daily challenge can take as long as you would like it to, so you can reflect whole heartedly (on average it has taken between 5 and 15 minutes).

Other resources will be available such as meditations, affirmations, journal prompts and more. 

Take your time, everyone is different and how you decide to commit to this challenge will influence how much time and energy you invest.

The challenge can be started any day you choose up to December 31, 2023.

You will have access to the exclusive online portal where you will find the daily challenges, resources, posts, and more.

Challenges are posted daily at 12:00 A.M. EST. A new challenge will be available each day for you to complete.

After joining, an email will be sent to your inbox with the downloadable and printable PDF '5 Days of Self Love Challenge' e-workbook.

You will get more information about the challenge and progress via email in addition to your access to the online portal.

The portal can be accessed via a desktop or laptop, or using the mobile app for your mobile devices.

Access to the Challenge will be granted upon registration.
